Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are subject to the shipping partner's operations and may vary based on location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update. After this period, we may be unable to escalate the matter with the shipping partner.
